PolyFiller

PolyFiller is a grain compound based on the Virgin polyethylene (LLDPE) containing calcium carbonate coated with Starc Acid and finely micronised (CaCO3).

BENEFITS:
• increase of production of the extruder;
• Increase of bubble stability;
• Increase of physical and mechanical characteristics of the film;
• Increase of ease of welding;
• Considerable Reduction in the cost of raw materials;
• "Anti-block" Property;
• It keeps clean screws, heads and dies by encrustations and deposits;

REDUCTION IN COSTS OF RAW MATERIALS:
Many manufacturers use packaging "PolyFiller" for many "technical" benefits, reducing the thickness of the film and while maintaining the same physical characteristics of the product, especially in industrial applications of packaging. However the most economic benefit is in the substantial differences of price between "PolyFiller" and any other polyethylene resins. Therefore according to the percentage of "PolyFiller" used, the basic mixture for the production of polyethylene films will have a substantial cost reduction.

INCREASE OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FILM
By adding 10% to 35% "PolyFiller" increases strength impact in HD – LDPE film. You increase the tear film strength of LD-HDPE. In the films of LDPE and in the films of HDPE we obtain also excellent stretching properties. Using "PolyFiller" you will then reduce the thickness, keeping anyway good physical and mechanical qualities.

PACKING
